01 – Discovery Call
An initial call or a showroom visit gives you a first opportunity to discuss what you expect from a kitchen or bathroom installation, it also gives us an equal opportunity to impress you with our caring and customer-sensitive approach.
02 – Consultation and Site Visit
ATD Kitchens & Bathrooms visits you personally to consult on kitchen designs and bathroom designs. This stage sees us paying attention to detail over your own creative aspirations so that we can bring concepts to life.
03 – Design and Proposal
See ideas come together with a comprehensive design and planning service where you are a key part of the process. Our care and consideration put you at ease, enabling us to collaborate with you to produce a specification.
We never charge for design work but, should you decide not to go on and use our services, a small fee of £250.00 + VAT will apply.
04 – Design Proposal Sign-Off
We will allow you to make as many changes to the specification as you wish. On accepting our proposal, the deposit is applicable at this stage, and we welcome payment by major credit card, including AMEX, or by bank transfer.
05 – Supply and Installation
Relax knowing our products and services will meet and exceed expectations. All kitchens and bathrooms come from prestige manufacturers, and the final installation highlights the passion, pride and professionalism of our team.
06 – Aftercare and Aftersales Support
At ATD Kitchens & Bathrooms, we want to make you a customer for life and to achieve this, we display care, consideration and communication after an installation so that you receive the ongoing support that you deserve.
